We built an AI growth marketer that lives in WhatsApp.
She onboards a merchant from the first message, learns the brand from its website and social pages, drafts campaigns for the owner to approve and sends a brief every morning.
- WhatsApp channel
- Brand knowledge base
- Memory per merchant
- 07:00 local-time trigger
- Campaign board
- Owner approval lane
- 7 permissioned tools
- Learns from approvals
- Run log of every brief
Small brands don't log in to dashboards.
So the marketer has to come to them, on the channel they already use, every day, with something worth reading. YoboLabs wanted a growth marketer that does the work inside WhatsApp and leaves every decision about the brand with its owner.
Yobo, an AI growth marketer, built on Cadra.
She does four jobs on WhatsApp, and each one runs on a Cadra feature.
- Onboards from the first messageA new number writes in on the WhatsApp channel. An account is created on the spot and she starts the conversation.
- Learns the brandShe reads the merchant's website and social pages into a knowledge base, and keeps the brand profile in persistent memory for every conversation after.
- Drafts campaignsEach campaign is a card on a board. It moves into the owner's approval lane, and nothing goes out until the owner approves it.
- Sends a morning briefA scheduled trigger fires at 07:00 local time: performance, outside view, competitors, what's trending, what to do this week and the playbook.
- Works with a set tool beltThe onboarding agent works with seven tools, and each one is permissioned in Cadra.
- Learns from the ownerSelf-learning: she notes which suggestions the owner approves, and her next drafts follow that lead.
From 07:00 to a brief in the chat.
We split the brief by who owns each step. The app decides who gets a brief and when. The agent does the research and the writing. Gates check the result and handle delivery. The merchant reads it and decides what to do.
Every morning, for every merchant:
- 07:00 local
- Brief ready, one button
- Merchant taps
- 24-hour window opens
- Brief in the chat
- Open brief as a document
Her first words to a new merchant, verbatim:
What she does alone, and what stays with the owner.
- MoneyNo invented numbers. A price or percentage in her text goes out only if a tool returned it in the same turn.
- ApprovalCampaigns are drafts. She writes them; the owner approves them in the approval lane. Her campaign tool cannot switch one on.
- QualityA quality check before every send. Each brief is checked before it leaves. A brief or figure that can't be confirmed is held back, and our team is alerted.
- LimitsSeven tools, capped runs. The onboarding agent has 7 tools, 20 runs a day per sender and 200 an hour per line.
- Once a dayOne brief per merchant per local day. The database enforces it, not the agent's memory.
- Off switchAn off switch at every level. Per task and per merchant, with a pause and snooze the merchant controls.
In production 21 days after the spec.
Live since 15 September. Every merchant gets a brief at 07:00 local time, and the same brief arrives in the app and by email. The onboarding agent answers text messages too.
A sample brief, to show the shape. The sections and buttons are the real ones; the business and its numbers are made up.
